About the Specialist
Dr. Arturo Santos García is a retina specialist with more than 25 years of clinical and research experience. He directs the Center for Medical & Surgical Retina in Guadalajara, treating diseases of the retina, the macula, and the back of the eye. He completed his retina fellowship at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins, and alongside his practice he leads the Tec de Monterrey medical school in Guadalajara, work that earned him the 2024 Jalisco Award for Innovation, Science and Technology.
