• Arrival and logistics: private vehicle pickup at airport, check-in at your accommodation, welcome briefing, hospital ↔ hotel/recovery house transport for every appointment
• Active bilingual support: real-time translation during consultations, surgery day, and every communication with your medical team (not Google Translate — in-person coordinator)
• Hospital concierge: coordinated admissions, your presence in pre-op area, family liaison during surgery, discharge management
• Recovery in Guadalajara: daily visits (recovery house) or virtual check-ins (hotel), lymphatic drainage/PT scheduling, pharmacy coordination, emergency management
